R&F wishes our customers a satisfying purchase experience. If you realise the product(s) are wrongly delivered or defected, please reach out to our team within 48 hours upon receiving, we will undertake any delivery costs accrued during the returning process.
A. Product return is only applicable to broken glass pieces or incorrect product(s) distribution upon product(s) delivery.
B. When customers receive their product(s) and become aware of any issues with the quantity, please take clear comprehensible photos of the product(s) within 5 days upon signing after receiving the product(s), and include the order number, then email to regalandfallon@gmail.com
C. We do not accept return or refund request if it exceeds the 5-day period. Return of product(s) is only allowed once for each order.
D. All paid fee is non-refundable. For all approved refunds under special circumstances, R&F has the right to deduct any relevant administration fees before refunding.
