For all party catering and workshops, subject to the scale of the event, deposits need to be placed 10-14 days in advance.

For all party catering and workshops, subject to the scale of the event, the committed number of participants can be + /-  2 to 5 people

Products will be delivered within the number of working days agreed once the order is confirmed through email/whatsapp. Under out-of-stock circumstances, R&F will notify customers via their preferred communication channel.

After purchasing goods, R&F will contact you via your preferred communication channel, (Whatsapp/email), to confirm the quantity and quality of the order. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email and advice will be sent to your email.

For orders< HKD 300, customers can choose from below delivery options

Free delivery for pickup from Jordan and Sheung Wan. Details will be provided during checkout

Client can opt for SF delivery service, the delivery fee will be charged one upon arrival

For Orders > HKD 300(HK Island and Kowloon), shipping is free

For Orders > HKD 500 (Tsim Sha Tsui ), Shipping is free

Delivery service is not available in remote areas such as Ma Wan, Lantau Island
